PTU scrapkit used in this tut is by JTsDesigns a new scrap kit artist found at PTE for purchase. The kit is called Golden Sparkle.
I used two mask in thois tut. WSL 84 and WSL363
Filter/Plugin used VM Extravaganza-transmissions
Start with a 600 by 600 work space flood filled in white.
Resize Frame1 by 50%, Duplicate,mirror and move down under the first frame. Merge them down and move to the left. Duplicate the merged frames,mirror and merge again.
Place the close up tube in the different windows of the frames. Using your freehand selection tool set to rectangle select the windows of each frame, invert and delete the excess tubes.
Repeat this function with papers 7 and 8 alternating windows. Then apply VM Extravaganza-Transmissions with these settings:6,0,15. Change the blend of the closeup tubes to luminance (l).
Place your main tube on the canvas and resize it by 80%.
Place Lamp 1 in the middle of the frames. Move this as the last layer. Duplicate and move down to the left. Duplicate,mirror and merge. Erase the portion of the lamp that is hanging past the bottom of the frames. See my tag for reference.
Resize the splatter by 80%, free rotate 25 to the left and place to the left side of the frame. Duplicate, mirror and flip. merge them down and move to the last layer of the tag.
Place paper2 above the splatter layer and apply WSL84
Place paper6 under the masked layer and apply WSL 363 mask. merge group and apply Gaussian blur at 6 lower the opacity to 66.
Resize flower1 by 35% and place on top of the frames.
Place ribbon 4 onto the corners of the frames. Resize flower3 by 155 then again at 50% and place on each ribbon.
