Tease me tut and Snags

Open a new canvas flood filled in white size 650 by 650
 add el7, duplicate it and reduce by 75% then free rotate it 50 to the right.
 Duplicate the reduced star and resize by 50% then mirror and move back to the left .
On the large star click insdie and expand the selections by 2. place peper 6 behind it,invert the selections then apply EFFECTS-ENHANCE edges twice. then apply Xenofex2 constellation small stars.
Activate the large star again and expand the selections by 2, add a new raster layer and flood fill with a silver gradient. add noise at 100 and apply the constellations filter again.
Click inside the medium sized star and contract by 4, add a new raster layer and copy/paste paper1 into selections.
Click iside the frame again and expand your selections by 2, add a new raster layer under the first one and copy/paste paper2 into selections and add the same level of noise to that layer.
 Grab your close up tube , mirror place over the grey star layer change the blend to exclusion and erase any of the tube hanging past he grey start edges.
click inside the smallest star , expand the selections by 2, add a new raster layer then copy/paste paper 3 into selections.
Place your main tube on to the canvas then apply Photo effects- film'filters glamour at default.
Free rotate el18 90 to the left, reduce elements 20 and 26 by 35%
Building from the bottom up place paper10 then apply your mask
 place el 17, 19,15 then 22
flip and mirror el8 reduce by 50%
In the Prisma font sized 95 pixels type Tease Me in the silver gradient then sharpen.
 I the  wave zone font use the silver gradient as your outline and the color black for your font color. type each letter of your name in a separate layer. then arrange the letters up then down and overlap as you desire. merge the letters down the  drop shadow and sharpen.
 Add your artist URL/CR and your license number
