 Open a new canvas flood filled in white sized 650 by 650
Add dark gold paper to your foreground of your materiel palette
 close the background off and activate your preset shapes tool setting to symmetric shape( star) solid line and size at 15.
make a large one then convert to raster. Free rotate 20 to the left , then duplicate the star, reduce by 80% mirrro and place down to the right. duplicate the start again and reduce again by 80%. place to the top right and bottom left of the canvas.
 Apply noise Gaussian at 100 and an inner bevel at these settings:
 then click inside each start and expand the selections by 1, add a  new raster layer. Copy/paste red paper and striped paper2 into selection then apply Sandflower - Color boosterz to all paper layers.
Add Hollywood paper apply the same filter and apply the mask.
Add Tall palm and the palm element behind the star layers
Reduce the following elements:
reel by 80%
Hollywood circle,movie pin,take2, oscar and ticket ripped by 50%
film strip double 25%
Place  gold paper behind the film strip layer , add noise then erase the excess.
Merge then duplicate and place beside each other.
Place the double ticket behind the tube layer
Add your name in a red and black gradient with a gold gradient border sized 1, Convert to raster , duplicate apply Gaussian Blur 4, Apply Xenofex2 constellations small stars then move above the original name layer. Change the blend to overlay.
 Add the artist URL, CR and your license number
