Open new canvas 650 by 650
Reduce el 20 by 80%, duplicate and change the blend to multiply
Clikc inside, expand the selections by 2, add a new raster layer copy/paste paper 3 into selections,duplicate and change the blend to multiply
 Place el 27 and 28 over the paper layer , arranging 27 in the center and 28 to the top right,duplicate el 28 and change the blend to overlay.
Place el 14 and el2 behind the paper layer to the left placing el 2 on the top ,duplicate and change the blend to burn.
Add el 8 over the elements just placed
Reduce el 17 by 30%, free rotate 10 to the right then duplicate and change the blend to dodge , merge down then enhance edges.
 Reduce el 33 by 75 then apply Mura Meister copies glob at these settings:
then apply Mura Miester copies- encircle at these settings:
move this layer as the last layer of the tag
Add paper 1 under it and apply your mask.
Place el 1 , 24 and 25 over the frame layer.
Enhance edges on el24
Place el 23 behind the elements just placed at the top edges of them
Add your tube
Reduce the following elements
 el 5 by 15%
el 30 by 25% 
 el 21, 15 and 31 by 35%
 el 19 by 50%
 Free rotate el29 15 to the left and sharpen
 Mirror el 10 and if animating erase the top bar on the horse, duplicate and change the blend to hard light
 Add your name, artist URL, CR and your license number
 To animate the tag I Rotated the horse 25 degrees to the left
Copied the tag about 19 frames to match the number of frames i had from the pre-made animation i used. then moved the horse 2 degrees to the right for each frame
 Saved as a GIF
