Add paper 43 and apply your mask, merge group then using your pick tool setting to scale increase the size of the mask to fit the entire canvas
Reduce frame 5 by 60%, add paper 27 into selections of the inside portion of the frame in a separate layer
Create a circle using your preset shape tool and paste papers 29 and 34 into selections
Reduce el 114 by 30% duplicate and reduce by 80%
Add el 115 and 127(reduce by 80%)
Create a cluster to be placed on the bottom of the canvas with these elements
