Xero Mistifier

Canvas 650 by 650
Tube 55% reduction Tube in frames 45% reduction then apply Xero mistifier at default
Frame reduction at 25% rotate 75 to the left, duplicate  and mirror
Merge both frames and click inside of them, expand the selections by 2, add a new raster layer and copy/paste paper into selections.
 Change the blend to the 45% tube to Luminance , duplicate mirror and erase the excess tube.
 To change the color of the frames i used Xero Greyscaler,level set to 255
Let's decorate!
119 was reduced by 45% and rotated 90 to the left, duplicate mirror then duplicate rotate 90 to the left again. place the third leaves bundle behind the frames the first two above the frames.
 Duplicate the bundle on the left reduce by 80% rotate 15 to the left.
On the left frame reduce the following flowers by 15%-92,84,83 and77
On the right frame 82,91 and 95 by 15% then 103 and 106 by 25%
 behind the right frame reduce el70 by 35%, duplicate and move to the right
Reduce el 45 by 45% and place to the right of the tube behind the frames layers
 Add el75 as the last layer of the tag to create a bottom edged grass layer. Add this twice then add paper 28 behind it reduce by 686 then apply your mask.
 Add a preset circle using the pick tool to set the size do not convert the circle yet. The add a font tool at the edge of the circle to place your wording sized 48 pixels in one of the colors of the flowers. in the Unicorn font type out what ever you want to say, repeat in the other colors of the flowers and close the circle in the materials box leaving the font layer open then convert to raster.
 Add a thick white c=gradient glow
 Add you name in the Bonnie font sized 125-145 pixels
 Apply Eye candy 4 glass at these settings:

 then apply edge enhance and drop shadow
 add the artist URL, CR and your license number
